Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026.
The service
These terms are an agreement between KKN Ecommerce India OPC Private Limited ("we") and the organisation that uses Keyrole ("you"). Keyrole lets you hire AI employees that prepare client work, such as collecting papers, preparing workpapers and drafting messages, for your people to review and approve. Keyrole is in a pilot: features may change as we learn, and we will tell you before a change that removes something you rely on.
Your account
You must be allowed to act for the organisation you register. You are responsible for the people you invite, for what they do in Keyrole, and for keeping sign-ins secure. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
AI work and your review
AI employees can make mistakes. Their work is prepared for your people to check, and you decide what is approved and sent. Where you choose to let an AI employee act without an approval, you are responsible for that choice. Keyrole helps your work; it does not replace professional, legal, tax or accounting judgement, and you remain responsible for the advice you give and the filings you make. A Key score or a "Certified" mark records how a role or skill has performed in checks; it is a measure, not a guarantee.
Fees and payment
- Setup: a one-time fee for setting up an AI employee with you. We quote it before we start.
- Credits: the work is paid for from prepaid credits you buy in advance; each job draws on them. Packs start at USD 10, or ₹500 in India. Taxes are added at checkout.
- Limits: you can set a monthly spending limit; new work pauses when it is reached.
- Payments are handled by Paddle, which sells to you as the seller of record, so Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
- Refunds: credits already used and setup work already done are not refundable. You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 14 days of buying them. Nothing here limits a refund right the law gives you.
Your data
You own your data and your clients' data. You give us permission to process it only to provide Keyrole to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to bring that data in, and for the consent your clients need to be contacted by email or WhatsApp.
Connected services
When you connect a mailbox, drive, WhatsApp number or other app, its provider's own terms also apply, including the WhatsApp Business policies. Keyrole acts only within what the connection allows.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Keyrole for anything unlawful, or to send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive;
- try to reach another organisation's data, or get around the service's limits or security;
- copy, resell or rebuild the service without our written agreement.
Liability
Keyrole is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from work your people approved, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Keyrole at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. When an account closes, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; after that it is deleted, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will tell account owners about material changes before they take effect. Questions: [email protected].
